I’m taking Galleycat’s challenge and creating a free digital library for Occupy Wall Street. Starting, ahem, with mine. I recommend the free Bluefire Reader.

  1. Thank you for doing this, Henry. I might recommend the Jack London short story “A Dream of Debs”, which concerns the effects of a nationwide general strike, first upon San Francisco and its environs and then on the entire nation as the movement picks up steam. The story condenses everything London was saying in “The Iron Heel” (which, I note, you have included) but in more digestible form.
